It’s important to ensure that your mind and body are both adequately relaxed before heading off to bed. For some, relaxation means curling up with a favorite book. Having anything with too much sugar can mess with your body’s internal clock and unfortunately, if insomnia is a common occurrence for you, poor sleep habits can become a vicious cycle.
